Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan (backlog). Copper colour with a small beige creamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is nutty, cardboardy, spicy and also has some mild ripe fruitiness. Flavour is ripe fruits, some toffee, spices, caramel and some nutty notes.

Bottle at Chriso pre-GBBF tasting 09. Clear amber, lasting beige head. Spice. Tastes like Xmas cake but not in a good way. Too apple clove, too brown sugar. Nasty.
