Cask-conditioned at the Lord Moon of the Mall (JDW), London 09/06/09. Copper coloured with a moderate, off-white head. Earthy hop and apricot aroma. Sweetish malt flavour with a pleasantly bitter finish. Good stuff.

Cask at the Samuel Peto (JDW), Folkestone. Amber with a thin brilliant white head; straw aroma; soapy texture with some biscuity flavour to start, the hops then slowly build up to give a satisfying dry and bitter finish. Really drinkable.
