Cask at the Castle Tavern, Inverness, 19/10/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is bready malts, tangy fruit notes, bitter orange. Taste comprises bread dough, sugar, tangy fruit, light malts. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter notes in the finale. Average fayre.

Cask at 4.5% as Grand ale ... blue blazer edinburgh ... amber ... creamy off white head ... tangy zezty front and smooth fruit back with a little kick.
