Once teeming with rattlesnakes, the Potosi valley was known as Snake Hollow. The name lives on in our Midwest IPA. Medium bodied and generously dry-hopped, it boasts a bold citrus hop character, notes of grapefruit and a clean bitter finish.

From Skyview’s growler. Thanks Bob. Tons of hops in the aroma. There is citrus, pine, and wild grass flavors. Spices. Light brown in color. Some malt sweetness, but primarily a well hopped ipa.
