Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 11 Aug 2023) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, orange and passion-fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with mango, pineapple, citrus, orange, peaches, grass, white bread and a gentle citric/tropical bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and juicy, with a soft malt profile and a rich hop presence, but not very bitter. Great balance. School book example of a Double NEIPA. Lovely beer!

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some grassy and mild earthy tones to it. Flavour is floral, grassy, some mild citrus and toffee with mild nectary elements.

Burk från SB. Grumlig varmgul vätska i princip utan skum. Juicig och fruktig humledoft med en nektar av allsköns tropisk frukt. Lätt kropp och lite saftig/platt en hel del havre märks. Har kanske klarat resan så där. Så helhetsintrycket blir mycket snäll snarare än den maffig pjäs jag förväntat mig men gott iaf.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Quite intense aroma of mango juice. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy malt supporting an onslaught of mango and passionfruit. Long bitter finish. Have survived a lot better than previous attempts at shipping Toppling Goliath over here. Very aromatic, if a bit rough around the edges, and after a while the hop burn gets the upper hand.

Light gold pour. Thin foam around the rim. Even lace around the glass. Predominantly lemon with orange notes. Medium bodied and medium carbonation
