Handpull cask from the Crown & Mitre, Kings Lynn. Mid- to dark gold, clear with a minimal ring of whitish head and a fair bit of lacing. Unexpectedly enticing little aroma: rose water and honey with a hint of grain. Taste is a bit lacking. Bittersweet, coarse, a bit buttery. And served far too warm for a light beer like this. Drinkable enough but I wouldn’t have it again.
