From cask at Doctor. Pours clear and golden deep orange to hazzlenut brown with a fully gone head. Mild roasted malty aroma with a mild bitterness coming through. Solid bitter flavoured to a mild spiced malt base. Light roasted. Dry and bitter finish.

Cask Cloisters Bar Edinburgh ... Light amber ... ligth hop ...dry hoppyness ...little citrus ... quite bitter and astingent in linger .
