330ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma has a dry fruity character, hints of orange, orange zest, gooseberry, pineapple, a floral touch. Taste is dry, minimally tart, fruity and slightly grassy, hints of green fruit, a dry touch of fruit parings, floral notes. Slightly beside the road, too grassy hop flavours, too weak on the malt side.

Bottle @ home. Hazy medium orange color, thick creamy white head that lasts pretty well. Smell malts, decently fruity and lightly hoppy. Taste malts, spices or herbs, only slightly hops. Sour-bitter finish. Little bit unbalanced and a little watery. Decent carbo, low to medium body. Disappointment, expected better.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a murky yellow colour with a small white head. Sweet malts, citrus and some muffled hop in the nose. Fruit and spice notes in the flavour, but again, the hops never really shine.and everything seemed a bit muddled. A rustic take on the style which doesn’t quite work.
