Cask@Pembury Tavern, London. Ambery brown colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild nuts and some spruce. Flavour is sweet floral, nutty and malty tones with mild wood and herbal elements.

Cask gravity at Bowl Inn, Charing. Gold colour with thin off white head. Some yeast, some lemon citrus aroma. Again, fine, just a little bland. Easy drinking. Decent lemon citrusy finish which lifts the whole beer.

Cask, Moon Under Water, Watford. Golden colour with a small amount of yellow head. Slightly sweet smell, but not a strong aroma. Taste was quite malty with a sweet finish, but not particularly heavy on flavour either. Not bad, but not very good, either.

Cask@Mathers Bar, Edinburgh. Light copper brown, creamy white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Malty, mildly hoppy, solid product. Some toffee notes in the finish. Different.
