Winter Solstice® is our take on the classic style of “winter warmer.” Boasting a deep amber hue and rich mouthfeel, its creamy finish will lift your spirits. Hints of toffee, spice, and caramel tease the senses making this the perfect ale to share with friends and family during the cold days and long nights of winter.

355ml bottle. Clear pale amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Slightly herbal hoppy aroma, cautious fruity touch with hints of tangerine, cautious spicy undertones. Taste is minimally sweet malty, spicy and herbal hints with notes of cinnamon, orange zest. Moderately spicy, easy drinkable.

Probably a bottle too many but alas not tired yet. Pours orange brown with soapy head. Nose of caramel. Tastes fruity, creamy, of caramel, malt, vanilla, and rock candy. Finish reminds of cream soda

Tap. Pours hazy deep amber, small beige head, creamy, decent lacing. Aroma is Caramel, light spice. Flavor is the Same, stronger spices, cinnamon, nutmeg. Medium body. Not a bad beer at all, but a little over spiced for my personal preference.

Bottle, 6.9%. Metallic caramel aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Small stable white head. Sweet flavour, metallic like vitamin pills, not excessively unpleasant. OK malty, and once one gets used to the vitamin flavour, not too bad.
