Winter Solstice® is our take on the classic style of “winter warmer.” Boasting a deep amber hue and rich mouthfeel, its creamy finish will lift your spirits. Hints of toffee, spice, and caramel tease the senses making this the perfect ale to share with friends and family during the cold days and long nights of winter.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Aroma biscuity toffeish caramel malts. Lightly hazy brownish colour. Taste has lots of malty complexity going on, toffee, biscuity, nutty, caramel, really really good. Sweet up front, but slowly shifts towards a balanced finish, though hops never show in flavour, only bitterness. Very good malt-forward beer. I like it.

Old rating. Bottles upon bottles from old town. A winter tradition for me at one time. Nice brown soda color with a tan head. Solid lacing. Aromas of bread, clove, Werther’s original, cinnamon and caramel. Tastes more of the same. Slightly sweet with a bready texture. Nice spice on the finish. Good winter seasonal.

Pouring Ribbons, NYC tap: Pours a light brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is malt and spices. Taste is similar to that. It is kind of sweet, with an ambiguous "holiday" taste to it. is it good? Well, yes, it is well made, and you should drink it.
