Winter Solstice® is our take on the classic style of “winter warmer.” Boasting a deep amber hue and rich mouthfeel, its creamy finish will lift your spirits. Hints of toffee, spice, and caramel tease the senses making this the perfect ale to share with friends and family during the cold days and long nights of winter.

Better than I expected but overrated nonetheless. Has a nice vanilla note with some malt and a light note of clove. Pours cloudy brown. Average carbonation. Light sweet finish. Some vanilla. Tap at pub by my work.

Brown with medium off-white head. Caramel, maple syrup, Christmas cake, milk chocolate, woody, liquorice. Medium sweet with light bitter finish. Medium bodied, but with a slight thin feel. Has some strange cardboard bitterness that I don't like much, but otherwise pretty good.

12 oz. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra, Tiel. Clear copper with an off-white head. Sweet malty aroma with some cinnamon. Mapple syrup taste with some malts. Low in carbonation, which adds to the sweetness which is too great in my opinion. Not bad but not my type of beer.
