A refreshing late summer fruit beer. An easy drinking light blonde beer matured with fresh highland raspberries giving a pink hue and a tart bitter sweet refreshing finish.

28th September 2007. St Albans Beer Fest. Mid brown ale. Very distinct fruity and apple tones. A little shap fruit in the dry finish. Quite an appley ale. Tastes fine but is it a bit green?

Gravity dispense at the White Lion, Bristol 22/9/07. Pale amber with a touch of red and a slight, off-white head. Pronounced aroma of tart raspberries. Flavour had plenty more fruit without being sweet. This was easy drinking with a pleasant bitter finish. One of the best British takes on a fruit beer. Very good.
