Cask. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, fruity and floral notes along with some mild grains and bready notes. Flavour is grains, some floral, hebral and grassy notes along with a mild strange fruitiness to it.

On tap at Brewpub, Liverpool. Golden colour with a white head. Moderate sweet aroma and a bit fruity. Flavour are about the same. But better than their pils version

Cask at Bon Accord, Glasgow. Deep golden. Sweet with buttery malt and medium body. Soft and sugary with well structured malt and low bitterness. Well made, but too sweet.

Paisley beer festival 06 ...Golden light orange colour... with a fruit hop nose ..wonderfull mouthfeel ...A nice lager thats a bit more fruity

[Cask as Cains Cask Lager at GBBF 2005] A hazy pale yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is soury grassy, while the flavor is a sweet and sour mixture with some malty notes. I don’t like it.

Cask at GBBF 2005. Gold colour, creamy head from using a tight sparkler on the dispense, some fruit and sherbert but got some fairy liquid flavours with odd fruit. Bizarre and disappointing as the rest of the Cains range is pretty good
