Grisette Blonde Bio is a light, very refreshing pale ale. With a secondary fermentation in the bottle, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this density. The head is smooth and white, and the body has a straw yellow color. It has an intense yet distinctive bitterness. Respecting traditional methods, Grisette Blonde Bio does not undergo any biochemical treatment and is certified organic and gluten-free.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Grainy aroma. Grainy, soapy flavor with apple and citrus. Certainly one of the better gluten free beers. maybe a bit thin.

0,25 flaske (takk til Sigmund), delt med skibsreden på 1.påskedag mens vi lager oppskrift for morgendagens brygg: nesten helt klar gylden med ok skum som varer. Gress, urter, høy og besk malt. Uinspirerende.
