Grisette Blonde Bio is a light, very refreshing pale ale. With a secondary fermentation in the bottle, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this density. The head is smooth and white, and the body has a straw yellow color. It has an intense yet distinctive bitterness. Respecting traditional methods, Grisette Blonde Bio does not undergo any biochemical treatment and is certified organic and gluten-free.

Bottle. A slightly hazy golden colored beer with a nice white head leaving lacing. The aroma is mostly fruity, with pale malt, grass and Belgian yeast. Medium body with a nice carbonation. Dry, with a light bitterness. Fruity flavor too, with grass and yeast, and pale malts in the back. Hints of spices too, in a generic way. Medium length finish. Nothing special going on here, but it's a decent and honest blonde. 180725

Bottle [thanks Inoven] @ home. Clear yellow golden color, average to medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell and taste malts, lightly iron, some malt bitterness and a light herbal / spice bitterness in general as well as in the aftertaste. Decent body and medium carbonation. Ok blonde beer.

Bottle , medium long lasting bubbly fluffy head, clear lightish gold color, aroma of yeast rubber and some light maltiness behind, fruity flavor with candy and rubber, sweetish and a touch heavy. Nice.

Bottle at home thanks to Elo. Clear yellow golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Spicy yeast, sweet grains with malts and light bread, quite some cloves, and some allspice. There’s some weird paper/milky stuff going on, might be the other grains besides barley? Medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Decent.

Clear golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks ok. Decent intensity in the aroma. Fine body and a bit rich carbonation level. Fizzy mouth feeling. Mellow fine sweetness and a mild acidity. Pleasant to drink apart from the high carbonation level that destroys it a bit. Belgian yeast, fruity, mild banana, mild citric and some spices in the flavor. Ok complexity.

Pours gold from the bottle, lightly hazy, with a frothy white head. Very mild aromas of yeast with a bit of spice, Taste is mildly sweet, quite tart, with the tartness strengthening at the end. Medium bodied. Simple but not bad.

Bottle at home. Slightly unclear golden with white head. Sweet malts, herbs and spices, lemon, coriander, anise seed, yeast. Moderate sweet and bitter, touch of spiciness in the yeast. Medium body and soft carbonation. Very true to Belgian classic styles and not notably “gluten free” (which is usually synonymous to an inferior experience).
