Grisette Blonde Bio is a light, very refreshing pale ale. With a secondary fermentation in the bottle, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this density. The head is smooth and white, and the body has a straw yellow color. It has an intense yet distinctive bitterness. Respecting traditional methods, Grisette Blonde Bio does not undergo any biochemical treatment and is certified organic and gluten-free.

250 ml bottle. Grainy, lemony nose, coriander, ginger. Not a bad nose. Spicy but not crazy. Bright, hazy gold with a lacy head. Lemony, biscuity flavor, spicy Belgian yeast with pronounced coriander and a slightly strange, tingly, bitter finish, maybe from the ginger. Light, crisp, slightly spritzy carbonation. Possibly the best gluten free beer I have had to date. Not bad at all.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with huge head. Aroma is grainy, Belgian yeasts, straw, floral. Taste is floral, some barnyardy yeasts, a touch sweet / unattenuated, sugar icing, citrusy. Sweetish finish with citrus aroma aftertaste. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Not bad, I've had way worse beers which were not gluten-free.

250ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of fruity apricot, yeast. Taste is malt, grainy, fruity, apricot, yeasty, banana with light tangy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry yeasty finish. Quite drinkable

Slightly unclear pale golden, mid-sized fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma wheat, orange peel, herbs. Taste light sweet and bitter, wheat, citric, spicy on the tongue. Dry bitter finish, husky, herbal notes, light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, mwah.

250 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Pours fizzy, crystal clear and very pale yellow colour, moderate but shortlived white head. Sweetish aroma of grass, malts and cookie dough. Fizzy mouthfeel, unpleasant. The flavour has notes of yeast, grass, some fruit and mild spices, some bittering hops in the aftertaste. Not something I’ll buy again.
