Keg at the Merchant, Canary Wharf, 23/05/19. Milky yellow like a fruit smoothie meets flavoured sake with a white cap ... not a looker. Nose is dank hop, grapefruit, pine resin, grassy, melon, weed. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, ripe melon, light pine, weed, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy to danko hop bitterness. Decent despite the looks.

Draught at Van Moll. Ugly murky I don't know what this is appearance. Yuk. Citrus pulp in a glass? Dear lord why? Fruity aroma, what else is new with these everything is a fucking NEIPA-something ale. Flavor is fruity as well, light sweet notes but a rather sharp bitterness cutting through. Not overtaking it but it just cuts through. I don't know about this one. Odd. A bit thin bodied imo, although it's only about 4% so yeah, what can you expect. Overall I'm not enthusiastic but it's not too bad either apart from the appearance. 7-1-6-3-13
