Onze ‘Urtyp Pilsner’, is speciaal ontwikkeld voor Foodhal Mout, ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. Deze pils is geïnspireerd op de Tsjechische pilsner, wat rijker dan een Nederlandse standaard pils. Met het verfijnde aroma van klassieke Duitse hopsoorten.

Schuimkraag, transparant geel. Citroen, grassig. Opvallend citroenige smaak die lang blijft hangen, licht zoetig, droge afdronk. Prima pilsje, maar dit wil je niet de hele avond drinken.

Pale blond colour with lasting head. Plain malty. Almost not bitterness, more like a lager. Lacks some depth and a little bitterness.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en zacht.

Bottle at THT online. Clear golden with nice head. Sweet malts, light herbal, a touch of green leaves and light veggies. Caramel, bitter green hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, soft plastic in the finish. OK.

Cloudy blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: grains, rural, cow fodder, hay, nice, bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, grains, hay, cow fodder, bit metallic. Aftertaste: bit sourish, grains, bit hoppy, hay, cow fodder, good bitterness, bit metallic.

Taster flight @ the source. Pours a light hazy golden yellow colour and a very dense/stiff shite head with good retention. Aroma's: fruity, light grain, also a little sweet retronasal. Flavour is a bit malty sweet with light bitterness. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, light bitter.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange golden color, full sized rough white head. Smell and taste malts, a slight sweet yeasty note, a slight grain bitter hint. Grainy and dry straw finish. Decent body and carbonation. Meh.
