Golden colour with a thick longlasting white head. Spicy aroma with some maltiness in the background, hints of alcohol. Sweet malty flavor with some fruitiness and a little spicy. Dry and a little bitterness in the aftertaste.

Dusty/yeasty minerally, peach and tropical fruit notes. Cloudy/grey orange-yellow colouring, tanned creamy head. Minerally dusty theme goes again, light nutty notes, fruit, a bit alcoholic - overall a rather muddled flavor profile.

Huge yellowish head, very creamy and leaving textbook lace; orange-yellow beer with faint greenish shine. Burnt caramel, adstringent nose, going over in meaty, yeasty aroma’s, and the obligatory bit of citrus. Initially fierce alcoholic taste, warm-sweet, bit adstringent again. Bit of bitterness in the finish, not hoppy, more vegetable. Finally some citrus to freshen it up. Another InBev product with a near-empty paltate. Alcoholwarming, oily. This was never Pierre Celis’ best creation. But what InBev made from it, is just eligible for cooking purposes. I think this is brewed in Leuven...

Hazy orange colour, huge longlasting white creamy head, lacing. Fruit wheat and yeast in aroma with some spicy hints. Citrus in flavour along with spices, apricot and alcohol. Alcohol fits the whole pretty well.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale, hazy ale. Quite sweet. Reminds me a bit og Hoegarden’s "Grand Cru". A very nice strong ale. 150493

Bottle. Tannic yeast and malt aroma - not very strong. Dark golden color. Malty wheat flavor with acidic finish. Nice body. A great beer - thanks to the waiter at Hoegaarden beergarden for the recommendations - worth the stop in Hoegaarden.

Hazy yellow, huge tight white head, nice lace. Spicey, lemony aroma, also some malt there. Medium-bodied, alcoholic, coriander and citron flavors. Good malty backbone with burning alcohol. Maybe not a world class brew but shows some character.

Cloudy golden color; giant rocky head. Very nice aroma, malty, sweet; cookies; brown sugar; coriander. Very good mouthfeel, like a Tripel with some more malt and light liquorice; spices (coriander and orange peel); a bit carbonic-aggressive. Long final, quite aromatic and well balanced.

Frothy head and an alcoholic fruity aroma. Lightly bitter and slightly burn't flavour to this Belgian ale. Overall a good quality strong Belgian beer.

An unclear orange beer with a good head. The aroma is sweet, yeasty and with notes of orange. The flavor is also sweet, with notes of orange and alcohol - it ends on a slightly bitter note. A very nice beer.
