Der frische hopfenaromatische Biergenuss aus ausgewählten Aromahopfen verleiht dem Schremser Kellerpils seine charakteristische Hopfennote. Helle Pilsnermalze werden zart eingemaischt, dezent vergoren und kräftig gespundet. Die ausgewählten Hopfengaben mit Mühlviertler Perle, Waldviertler Aurora und spritzigen Cascade bestimmen die fruchtige Nase und den zart bitteren Abgang. Einfach nur unfiltriert und natürlich.

17/2/2023. Bottle from Marek. Shared at SBGP1. Pours clear golden with a large frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, floral, malts. Fairly sweet, light bitterness. Light to moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Fair.

Bottle from Walala in Weitra. Hazy yellow, tall and creamy head. Nice resiny hop aroma. Malty with a shy yeasty backfiring w and good aromatic hops.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

33cl bottle: BB 30th December 2021. Drank at home on 16th November 2021, the first beer in an International Lager/Pils tasting session with myself and no one else. Misty dull golden body, short lived white head, soon became a wisp and collar. The nose is grainy and slightly yeasty with a mini grassiness. taste also grassy, grainy and slightly yeasty in nature. Highly carbonated, but not unpleasant to drink.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of intense grainy malt, straw and cereals. Taste of strong grainy malt, spicy bitter hops, straw.

Bottle [from Euro secret Santa, thanks to Sebilinz!] @ home. Clear yellow golden color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hayish, moderately bitter. Quite fresh, quite tasty. Decent body and suitable carbonation. Nice beer.

Das Bier ist ein typisches Zwickel mit einem fein milden Geschmack mit einem leichten Stich Richtung Gewürze. Von einem hopfigen Pils merke ich aber nichts.

Pale golden, moderate hazy body, with a big, frothy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of grains, grass, flowers, some hay, some bread, some apples, slight honey.
Tastes quite similar, with some more citrus and herbs and the hayish notes a bit more coming through.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizy carbonation.
Finishes dry, moderate bitter, hoppy, floral, herbal, citric, a bit piney.
Nice one. Pretty light bodied, but with a refreshing dryness and enough hops. Well balanced, drinks easy, clean and crisp. Not an outstanding Pils maybe, but a really solid one I would drink again.
