Over five breeds of heron have made their home in the Great Rift Valley region of Kenya. Likewise, we have taken their lead by crafting an IPA with five different hops blanketed over a foundation of clean malt. Featuring Simcoe, Citra, & Amarillo hops this is our take on the American IPA.

Pours a slightly hazy, copper-gold, with smallish head. Aroma has some citrus, some pine/spruce notes. Flavor is very heavy on the pine/spruce nature of the hops, with some background citrus and breadiness. Pretty good overall.

Pretty good beer with a very nice fresh hop aroma. Flavor’s a tasty, almost balanced (leans bitter), .fairly dry, but with a great finish.
