Doble IPA is the most intense, bitter, alcoholic and hoppy version of Indian Pale Ales. A sub-style with resinous, fruity and herbal hints. It sip is accompanied by a pleasant sensation in mouth with characteristic bitterness of Double IPA style. The water used to brew this beer is burtonized, to highlight the hops notes and the double dry hopping. Its malts achieves a soft and easy-drinking beer.

Botella de @El Cabanón, Avilés. 19/03/2021. Color amarillo opaco corona de espuma blanca, aromas frutales, lupulada, resinosa, sabor resinosa frutal, cuerpo medio.

Bottle from small supermarket close to my Hostel. 25 Microes on the shelf! Frothy white fair mostly diminishing haed. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

On tap at Brewdog Barcelona. Pours orange brown. Caramel, orange peel, grapefruit, pine, strong sweet bitter balance, quite floral. Good body. Tasty.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2018-April thanks to Teddybeer] @ home. Clear yellow golden color, full sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, hops. Hmm not too prolific in the hops, expected a bit more tbh. Flavor is malts, malt bitter, hops, hop bitter. After a while some more hoppiness with a light fruity note comes through both in the aroma and the flavor. Body is medium, carbonation is average to decent. Quite nice.

Orangish color, white head with good retention. Aroma with orange peel, light resin notes. Flavor with moderate bitterness, malty notes, orange and grapefruit presence. Bittery final, fruitness, good maltiness.

Botella 33 cl en el Kraken 04.. 03..2018. (r00). Lote 18 237 fcpref 22..09..2018 Elaborada 01..2018. Color ámbar tostado turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos con toques dulces afrutados tropicales y suaves herbáceos que acaban en linger o amargo entre afrutado y resinoso. Cuerpo medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad. Buena. Para repetir.
