Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
Pale blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour are dusty, cupboard-like. Finish is a bit soapy.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Lightly hazy yellow color medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is mainly brett and light funk. Flavor is indeed an IPA plus wild yeast / brett. Underlying hops from the IPA base are clearly detectable and the wild yeast and brett blends with it nearly perfectly. Quite nice, very well brewed.
