Large bottle courtesy of a trade with Benzai, thanks! Lovely tart fruity aroma of citrus, orange, apricot, funk, oak, grainy malt, yeast, peach, with a hint of white wine. Flavour is tart and nicely medium plus sour with a little bitterness in the finish. Ends on a dry note. Body is medium with a smooth balance. Incredible Saison, funky, complex and sour. Way up my alley.

Bottle shared with Brian. Pours slightly hazy golden, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is buggy, lemon, oak, clean, pleasant. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, oaky, mineral. Medium body. Really solid. I love F&M saisons.

Bottle [from trade with desp59, thanks!] @ home. Murky orange color, medium to full sized white to off-white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is lightly malts, wheat, yeast, some tart fruitiness. Tastes almost the same. Nicely balanced but a little bit too much orangepeel yeast tart in it for me to really love it. Solid though.
