22 oz bottle poured, listed as the Reuben's Pumpkin Junction. Figured playing around with knives and pumpkins is a perfect time to pull this beer out of the cabinet. Probably shouldnt have been in there anyway. Reddish cola brown pour, tons of cake foam head. Bready malts, a softer than expected pumpkin, and a generous spice on the aroma. Plenty of garden pumpkin flavor on the other hand. A little chocolate. A little coffee, but it's filled diluted by pumpkin spice. This seems to have soured a touch after I unfairly held onto it the last couple years, but overall the beer is good. Matches the season quite nicely.

Bottle at tasting. Dark pour. Aroma of strong coffee, spices and roast. Taste of mild spicey pumpkin, but mostly coffee, sweet roast, milk chocolate and some bitters in the finish. Needs more pumpkin, but it’s not bad.

Bottle shared by Countbeer. Dark brown to black color, small to average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, herbs or spices, a weird flavor that must come from the pumpkin, also a lightly weird sort of bitterness. Average body and carbonation. Not my thing I guess.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out pumpkin spices (nutmeg especially) and latte notes. Flavour is very well-balanced, with sweet latte notes, along with light-to-medium pumpkin spices, and some chocolatey notes. Very well-balanced, with a very cohesive mix of flavours. Excellent beer for a concept I wouldn't have expected much from.

Draft - Medium roast and pumpkin pie. Jet brown with a nice rich brown head. Roasty with some nice rich pumpkin and a bitter finish. Chocolate notes, pumpkin and very rich, a great dessert beer.
