Cloudy, yellow colored, small to medium white puffy head. Aroma is some brewing sugar, spicy, fruity, herbal hoppy mix. Taste is medium sweet caramel, candy sugar, bit of bubblegum, fruits, lots of spicy and herbal hops, medium+ bitter, dry finish, some Belgian yeast. Medium bodied and carbonation. Even feels light compared to some other Tripels. I like this one.

Riktigt trevlig.

Bottle @ The Unholy Trinity Meets Again, Sønderborg. Pours hazy amber with some brown sediment and airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and flowers, with notes of yeast and malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced citric and malty notes and touches yeast and flower. Bitter aftertaste with citric touches. Well-balanced and enjoyable. Decent.

Hazy amber, frothy white head, some sediment. Fruity, floral aroma. Yeasty with hints of banana. Malty flavour with citrus and spicy, bready notes. Bitter and spicy finish. Rather refreshing.
