Draught @ Dutch Chili Fest, Eindhoven. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is fresh, lightly wheat and lemongrass. Taste wheat, lightly lemongrass, peppers, lightly bitter, a slight touch of hops in the background. Light hot burning sensation after swallowing but just enough to keep it pleasantly drinkable. Very well balanced, but for people who can’t stand spicy things it might be almost too hot, though for spice lovers it’s probably not nearly enough. Still, a well made spicy beer imo.
