Pumpkin Imperial Stout with habanero chili.
Russian Imperial Stout with pumpkin and habaneros. Made by Shelton Brothers’ very own Robert Merryman and some friends before he left Spain. If you like big stouts this is pretty killer. You don’t really notice the pumpkin but you would if it wasn’t in there. Dark chocolate and smoke notes in the nose, some roasted malt. The hot pepper creeps up on you but it’s not over the top.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours black with a foamy, beige head. Good stuff, with faint tartness, chocolate, alcohol, burnt sugars. Full bodied and oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with soft heat burn, more cocoa, minimal pumpkin character. Good stuff overall.

Bottle at koht. Pours dark brown. Aroma is chocolate, pumpkin, roast, malt, sweetness. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, booze, chili. Finish is intense chili. Overall: really burns, but i kind of like it, clearly more spice/herb/vegetable...

Keg at BE. It pours deep / dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, sweet, sugary, spicy, earth, fruity, wood, coffee, toffee, cookie dough, spice and booze. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, tar, burnt cake, spicy chilli, wood, earthy, leather, warning, leather, tannin, fruity vibes, squash, pepper and booze with a warming finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

Beaverfest. Spiced choc. Dark. Glossy. Begie head. Bittwr sweet dark... before a xhilu kick... kicks in. Medium- heavy bodied. Slick abd sticky. Chili finish. Fine for a chli beer. 100ml is enough.

On tap at Vrteška 2017, shared with Višnja 666! Brown to black, small tan head. Very strong fruity aromas, tiramisu, liquor, black olives. Roasty with a dose of chilli peppers. Warming, spicy and hot, medium body. Very interesting.

Bottle. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is coffee, touch of chili, black chocolate, not so much pumpkin detectable. Taste is black chocolate, coffee, some pumpkin there, good habanero balance. Silky mouthfeel. Very nice!
