Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

650ml bottle. Minimally filmy amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity hoppy aroma has notes of mango, peach, grapefruit, some pine and resin. Taste is initially minimally sweet, bitter and fruity hoppy, mango, peach, grapefruit, orange peel, some citrus, then the sweetness and fruitiness fades, some caramel malt with a bitter almond touch comes in, the finish is solely bitter hoppy.

Bottle, 22oz. It pours a more or less clear one, golden in color and topped by a dense, off-white head leaving some lacings.Hop driven aroma with pine cones, pineapple, citrus peel and some peppery hints. Sweetish. The flavor is a tad too sweet, with lots of fruityness, and a nice bitterness. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Biscuity, sweet and hoppy finish. Canβt really decide on this one, itβs nice, but still sort of ordinary. 130614

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Hazy deep golden-copper with a beige head. Great citric and floral hops aroma with some piney notes. Flavor has light malt sweetness and good bitter citric and piney hoppiness. Medium-bodied.

Small yellowish head fed by finely carbonated, initially hazy glowing orange beer. Fruity, slightly grapey hops; hopoils, resin, spruce, juniper, spicy, but also apricot. Very bitter, metallic. Fruity, grapefruit, citruspeel, bitter melon. Very dry; finish is a tad empty. Astringency, resiny feel. Medium to well-bodied, however, spritzy. Decent, if slightly metallic IPA.

Bottle. Bronze beer with a very strong light brown foamy head. The aroma is generously hopped, and the flavour is very well hopped with large degrees of bitterness with a grassy element. Overall a good well hopped beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
