Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

Bottle @ de Molen. Clear amber color, short head. Aroma is very hoppy, grassy, pine, pineapple, citrus. Very malty like in most american IPAs. Nice aggressive bitterness in taste, quite dry. Good one.

Bottle shared at Denkβs monthly tasting at De Molen. Pours clear orange with a small off white head. Aroma of pine, caramel malt, grapefruit, resin. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter, going into a long heavy bitter finish. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at the De Molen second Tuesday tasting, April 2013. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is floral and hoppy, leading to a strong bitter flavour, with lots of malt and bitterness on the palate. There is some spice, but its well controlled. Some American IPAβs are a little over the top at times, but this is very drinkable.
