Bottle. Hazy brown color, medium frothy head. Aroma is fruity, brett, some pepper, slight roasted. Taste is bit sweet, bit bitter, some caramel. Unintentional? But nice.

Sample at Colins monthly Tuesday tasting. Thick off white head. Hazy amber pour. Nice subtle malty bitterness

Clear black colour, firm beige head. Aroma of pine needles, fresh orange juice, chalk, citrus and hops. Light bitter flavour, hops, chocolate, cacao and light roasted bread. Rather thin body, OK for a 5% ABV beer though and very drinkable. Finish chocolate, citrus and cacao.
Great beer. Fresh and drinkable. Surprising orange juice notes. One of the few black IPA’s I actually like. A lot.

Bottle thanks to Martinus. Very dark brown color, off-white to beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is pure orange juice. Wtf! Never had this in a beer but I like it and it’s quite unique. Taste lightly malts, very fruity, orange juice, lovely bitterness. Full flavor for a 5% ABV beer. Nice!

Bottle @ benzai thx to martinus. Hazy brown to black with a small off-white head. Smells pine, orange juice, orange peel, hops. Tastes slightly roasty, hoppy, grapefruit, pine, coffee. Easily drinkable, lovely aftertaste. Body is a bit thin though, lovely carbo.
