Apollo Brewpub, Copenhagen. Clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Dusty start. Light pale malt. Dust! Not much else going on. Dry crisp finish. Way too dusty.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and lemons - very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and flowers, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Delicate.

Draught, as Agger Pils, at the brewpub. Airy white froth resting on top of a clear golden coloured body. Oily and grassy hops on the nose. A flavour profile that starts sweet with caramel malts followed by grassy hops and smooth developing bitterness to the ending. Fine bodied. Clean and soft on the swallow. Indeed, a likable version of the pilsener style (Copenhagen 01.05.2014).

Draught @ Apollo. Clear pale golden color, full sized creamy thick white head that lasts forever and leaves fair lacing. Smell and taste malts, lightly buttery, lightly bitter. Don’t know, something weird about this one. Not bad though.
