Bottle, 5.5%. Faint buttery aroma. Hazy amber colour. Good stable plasticky off-white head. The flavour is also buttery, a lot actually. But there is a good maltiness, not sugary, just very malty. Not past BB date, but I am convinced it could have been fresher.

Clear light amber golden colour, white head. Aroma of butter, diacetyl, hops, straw, butter cookies. Sweet malty flavour. Caramel. Finish caramel, malts, butter, tea. Reminding of an English Ale.
(from 1L bottle shared @ joes’ place. Bottle number 588. Procured @ the brewpub)

1 liter bottle #588 shared by der Martinus @ weekly tasting. Clear amber color, small white head. Smell lightly malts, butter, wet leaves. Taste lightly malts, lightly tea, wet leaves, butter. Smooth carbonation, average body. Could be worse.

Bottle @ joes shared by martinus. Clear golden orange to amber with a small white head. Smells very sweet, butter.. Lots of butter. Tastes buttery, caramel, sweetish, hay, barnyard. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours clear orange amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, hops, caramel malt and fruit, probably orange. Sweetish, fruity flavour, with notes of toffee, malt and cinnamon. Estery and rough finish. Well, enjoyable and just OK to help the Braumeister Schnitzel down the hatch. A little too fruity, though, at least for my taste buds.
