Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Tap @ UBF13. Cloudy reddish color, short head. Aroma of soft fruit, some strawberry and cherry. Not a lot of Brett actually. Soft sourish taste, bit sweet, some caramel. Nice to see they are experimenting a bit.

Draught @ UBF. Opaque red brownish color, small to medium sized off - white head. Smell lightly malts, some sweet-sour and herbs or spices. Taste lightly malts, lightly herbs or spices and just a touch of brett. Don’t really know what to think of this.
