Pale lager, brewed in a mexican style, so you now the drill. Watery and nothing interesting. Goes well with spicey food, so it’s functional.

Popocatepetl is a Mexiacan restaurant which has about 9 restaurants in The Netherlands. When they celebrated their 25th anniversary a special brew was made (at De Leckere) which is only available at their restaurants. At least that’s what I was told when I asked the restaurant manager. Very light yellow, bit watery color, no head. Smell fresh, little bit citrus, not much more. Taste fresh and citrussy again. Decent carbo but not much body. Very easy drinkable.
