Tap at Borefts 2013. Poured a deep mahogany with a round tan head. The aroma is malty and alcoholic. The flavour is strong bitter with a big liqourice alcohol spicy palate with a big chilli kick in the finish as you might expect!

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. Dark brown almost black with a deep brown, dense head which quickly disappears. Spicy malty aroma. The flavor is sweet and roasted malty and the chilli hits you at the end, and it is quite strong. Very unique and interesting, but thank god it was the last beer of the day otherwise I would have had a big trouble judging the beers that followed :D

Tap at de molen 2013... Hot spicy 3... Deep black... Thin tan head... Soft dark chocolate... Dark malts... Big chocolate roast... Soft chilli. Spice... Booo hoo.. Dark snooth chocolate... Very nice but needs more ommmph 4.2cask at gbbf ... deepest black ... thin lacing ...deep chocolate ... dark malt nose ... wow wonderfully rich chilli kick in amongst the ich dark silky chocolate malts ... smooth deep complex and f...in hot. great balance of chilli and roast 4.1 hot and spicy II at Demolen Fest 2011 ... Man this was Spicy. I had tried the Hot and Spicy I at GBBF, i though while pretty hot any hotter would have been a mistake. I think though i REALLY need a 2nd taste (if Meno wants to send me a bottle :-} ) to be sure that the II is better. At first taste your head explodes, your mouth catches fire and your teeth melt. But once that happens, you get the deep solid roast malts, the big chocolate, and the chilli pepper. Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of chilis, roasted malt, and other spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. A bit too much chili for my liking.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A dark, dark brown beer, with a beige head on top. The aroma smells like chili at first, then the roasted malts with their coffee and chocolate aromas kick in. Some alcohol too. Chili, roasted malts, chocolate and coffee on the palate, the chili burning in the throat. Dry and roasted, finishing with roasted malts and a lasting chili burn. A lovely, demanding and warming beer that has too much chili, but a small glass is just wonderful. 110526

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with hints of chili. Roasted malty chocolate and hot spicy chicli flavor. Has a roasted malty hot spicy chili finish.
