Schöner Cappuccino-Schaum, nettes Flaschendesign. In der Nase fast unscheinbar, aber im Trunk der Hammer. Espresso, Schokolade, dunkles Malz, röstig, lecker. Schöner rostiger Nachhall.

22 June 2020. At De Gouverneur, Maastricht. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours cloudy black with a very thin, frothy, yellowish beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate & chocolate biscuit, dark toffee, dried fig, leather, coffee, soy, sweet tobacco, alcohol. Taste has sweet chocolate, fig & dark toffee, bitter toasty & nutty edge with a vague leathery-umami accent. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, peppery notes, lingering chocolate & cream & warming whisky alcohol. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. RIS as it should be, not too many frills.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Opaque black color, dark brown colored head. Nice. Aroma is malts, roast quite heavily. Flavor is malts, heavy roast, sharp roasted malt bitter, some alcohol. Not bad though, heavy roast RIS but nice. 8-4-7-4-14.

Gedronken tijdens bierfestival Den Bosch. Kleur is donkerbruin. Aroma van hout, rook, koffie en chocolade. Smaak van koffie en rook Nasmaak van peper.

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een crème schuim. Het heeft een koffie achtige geur met een koffie achtige chocolade smaak.
