Showcasing three of our favourite hops, Citra, Columbus and Mosaic. Columbus, if used with restraint, brings intense citrus and a touch of dank to the big, tropical notes typical of Citra and Mosaic.

Can from The Beer Cave. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of custard creams and lemon drops. Flavour of pineapple and straw with a peppery hop finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. There’s no shortage of hops in this beer.
