Sample at CBC Blue session. Pours ruby red with pink head. Vinous aroma with raspberries, hay, cherry, and some red grapes. Taste follows the same with some light floral, perfumy, fruity notes. Lovely!

750ml bottle @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours deep red with a tiny head. Aroma of tart berries, vinous notes, wood, sourness and funky yeastiness. Taste is smooth, vinous and tartish with some wood, berries, funky yeast and sourness. Finish is smooth and slightly sourish. Interesting.

Taste is slightly sour-ish floral, yeast, flowers, red berries, grass, red grapes, fruit stones, weeds, heather. Medium bitterness, slightly dry floral mouthfeel. Nice enough.
