Sampled from bottle at ’Craft Beer Corner’. Clear, very dark red with a pinkish white layer. Sourish-fruity aroma of red grapes, cherries and oak. Moderately sour, quite fruity and vinous taste of red grapes, lots of oak and some cherries, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, very woody-dry and vinous finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent and dry mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle at RBGT. Pours dark pink. Aroma is wine barrel and grapes, some funk, fruity. Body is light, tart and sour with a low carbonation, but fruity with grapes. Medium palate.

Fat på CBC 2016. Smak och doft av hallon, jord, hallonkärnor, tranbär, röda plommon, plommonkärnor med toner av trä och ladugård. Relativt torr, viss syrlighet,fin beska. Gott!

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session). Red colour, no head. Aroma is tart fruits, some floral berryish and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some berries, mild wooden, tart and some earthy notes to it.

CBC. Clear deep red with small link head. Aroma is malt, berries, sour, barnyard and vinegar. Flavour is malt, berries, sour, vinegar, little dry, sweet and notes of barnyard.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Blue session. Hazy red color with off white pinkish head. Funky fruity aroma, berries, barnyard notes, wood, vinous. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Fat på CBC-16. En ganska torr, krisp och lite funkig lambicliknande suris. Fina bäriga smaker av tranbär, moreller, hallon, druvor och röda plommon. Trä och hö. Riktigt gott.
