Chestnut amber (EBC 45). A fine, white, creamy and lacing foam. A complex entity of caramel malt, fruit, spices and the sweetness of the alcohol. A strong presence of alcohol, very spicy, slightly bitter. The aftertaste is sweet, spicy and slightly bitter.

Stoneware bottle. Medium brown, nice head, aroma is herbal, lightly sweet, spicy. Very brown sugary / dark kandi sugar on the tongue with smooth melted caramel and balanced hop bitterness. Christmas in a bottle, very tasty. Mid complexity, a bit of yeasty esters bit nothing crazy. I don't notice the 10%alc which is good. Recommend!

I have this corked and caged 750 ml bottle of Noel that was part of a gift pack purchased at the Cellar in Odessa. Texas not Russia. Also included was a Noel specific tulip glass, yes, using it tonight. Delirium not high on my list of favorite Belgian brewers, let us see if there is an improvement this time. An attractive body, a lightish caramel brown with a persistent eggshell brown head that gives promise of some lacing. An appreciated scent too, dark fruit, yellow fruit also and yeast. A drink ultimately and it all comes around, very nice. Raisins, figs, grain, a bit of toffee, malt and more of the yeast working through. Easily the best Delirium brew I have sampled.

0.330 ml bottle Smell- weak to medium, malt, caramel, Belgian notes. Foam- thin, yeast, Belgian notes, malt, acidic. Head is large, fine, white-brown light color. Sticks. Appearance- generic red bottle cap, but unique bottle. Orage, red, brown amber, weak carbonation. From- snifter Taste - malt, caramel, yeast, Belgian notes, sweetness, cake, acidic. Very nice, sweet, alcohol is well hidden. This is actually refreshing considering its alcohol content. Very nice.

23.02.2020 - 0.33l bottle from marktkauf/edeka. pours an almost clear deep amber with a dense head. aroma of christmas cake, dried fruits, cherries, honey, booze. flavour of caramel malts, dried fruits, booze. very drinkable despite the abv.

Bottle/Fest. A- Christmas spice, bread dough. A- Copper color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Coriander, Christmas spice, malt. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- So much spice, it's basically a Christmas potpourri beer. Not bad but it's filled to the brim with the spice cabinet.

Bottle from Belgiuminabox. Pours a murky mahogany colour with a huge thick throthy beige head. Nice lacing. Aromas of dry dark fruits, plums, caramel, molasses, fudge, fruit cake, toasty brown bread, malt and some spice. Beautiful aromas. Taste has all the notes from the aroma, quite spicy and a very slight hop bitterness on the finish. Full bodied, smooth slightly oily palate. Very well balanced. Alcohol is very well hidden. I’m glad it is not too sweet. It is a really lovely Christmas beer.

On draught at Tønne, Leicester. Brownish red with a thin ring of white head. Sweet spices, red berry, bubblegum, a touch of sweat. Burnt candy sugar on the tongue with a cracking bready note. Long finish is mostly sweet with a bittering hop balancing the taste in the background. Heavy carbonation. Not the best out of the Delirium beers but certainly solid.
