Nastro Azzurro conserva da sempre i tratti caratteristici di un prodotto “Made in Italy”, che si ritrovano nel suo aroma equilibrato e nella qualità dei suoi ingredienti. Un gusto secco e rinfrescante, mai troppo dolce al palato, grazie alla presenza del “Nostrano”, prestigiosa varietà di mais italiano coltivato in esclusiva per Nastro Azzurro. Quelle leggere note di amaro, date dai luppoli nobili finemente aromatici, vengono armoniosamente bilanciate dal profumo di fiori e spezie. L’alto grado di attenuazione la rende leggera e fragrante per un senso di freschezza fin dal primo sorso.

Can, 0.33l. Clear golden pour, two finger soapy white head, medium retention. No lacing on the glass. Sweet nose, floral and grainy notes. Light body, medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel and texture, watery but smooth. Balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of lager malt, grains, hay. Some floral notes, citrus, corn, wet grass. Subtle lingering bitterness in the background. Short lasting finish, slightly dry. Decent lager.

Not rated before for some reason. At Nuovo Mondo pizzeria in Testaccio. Pale golden with medium head. Faint grassy aroma. Faint malty taste, some citrus and a little bitterness. Anyway refreshing on a warm day.

Aus der Dose (bbe 02.2022) im 2022-01 getrunken. Dieses kristallklar hellgoldene Bier kommt mit einer kräftigen und sehr stabilen Schaumkrone daher. In der Nase findet sich vordergrümndige fruchtige, blumige Aromen und dahin Getreidenoten und ganz schwach findet sich der Hopfen. Am Gaumen ist der Hopfen deutlicher, aber hält sich zurück und ist mit einer fruchtigen, leichten Süsse sehr gut balanciert.
