Hazy to cloudy dark brown color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma of peppery yeast (belle saison), bit rye, bit cookie, some caramel, slight earthy hop. Soft bitterness, medium sweetness, but also a bit dry and bubbly of the carbonation. Soft alcohol burn. Bit too high on carbonation, but the brewer was aware of that. Bit belgian strong ale like.
