Bottle shared at THT, thanks! Very hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma of herbs, veggies, light aniseed, caramel and fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Pint Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2016. Clear dark copper color, small beige head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste malts, caramalts, lightly metallic, slightly sweet and lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer. Earlier Rating: 1/19/2015 Total Score: 2.6Sampled at PINT Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2015. Murky orange brownish color, medium to full sized off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is lightly malts, pretty yeasty, pretty herbal and sweet. Taste malts, yeasty, sweet, herbal, slightly a hint of bitter in the finish.

Thank you for sharing people! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Gouda Winterbier Festival 2016”. Deep amber, with no head. Nose is overly sweet cough syrup, caramel, sugar, insecticide. Taste is overly sweet oily insecticide, mocha, herbs, herbal, weirdly oily & sweet,… Body is near flat, varnish. Nope, too much of all kinds of off-putting things.

Bottle sampled at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Clear light brown with very small head. Sweet grains and caramel, cardboard, sherry, some brown sugar, soft fresh leaves. Quite sweet and light bitter. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pint Winterbierfestival, Gouda 2016. Wazig bruin (karamel), aroma van mout, caramel. Smaken zijn moutig, redelijk doet, rozijn, donker fruit, pruim, iets hoppige smaken, glad van textuur, smooth, prima, hoppig karakter, maar niet super. Earlier Rating: 5/10/2015 Total Score: 3.7van de tap op @UBF15, het duurde even eer ik aan de beurt was, zo druk was het bij het tappunt voor de harvest, maar het getapte bier zag er prima uit, mooi amber met goede volle fijne schuimige kraag. Aroma van kruiden en verder redelijk granig. Smaken zijn zacht en glad van textuur, vol, granig (blijkbaar de Rogge), mooie smaken, iets nasmaak, caramel, matige body, stevig en zeer smaakvol bier.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra Nieuwegein. Hazy brown with a thin off-white head. Malty aroma with some caramel. Taste has some nice hops in the finish. Low carbonation. Taste and aroma could be more pronounced but overall a nice beer.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Ceaux Harvest 2014 ].Light unclear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, rye, moderate yeasty, light anis seed. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, rye, dusty, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is fizzy. [20150923]
