This beer named after The Eldon Hole, one of the seven wonders of The Peak District, is a smooth, roasty stout brewed with Demerara sugar and with added complexity from the addition of Bourbon soaked oak. Caramel, coffee and chocolate flavours are married with a hint of vanilla and fine Kentucky Bourbon.

Lekker ettersmak kompletterer bildet.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at OlutExpo 2016) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had vanilla, burnt malts and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, dark chocolate, cocoa and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, sweet and bitter. A nice barrel aged burnt brew.
