Dry-Hopped Pilsner
Fresh Cut is a sensory experience. It conjures impressions of freshly chopped ingredients, a newly mowed lawn, or the air after a cooling rain. This pale lager delivers captivating notes of fruit, grass and spice - highlighted by the luscious Chinook hop. The beer finishes crisp, dry and refreshing, helping to enhance the colorful flavors up front. Obviously we’re crazy about this beer and had to use a thesaurus to express our feelings about it.

Bottle at home. Aroma of grainy malt, fruity, citrus, some floral notes, grassy hops. Flavour is over moderate bitter, body is medium. Wow, what a lovely grassy fruity Pilsener! I’d love to drink a full pint of this stuff.

There is something about the pilsner that just hoppy and very much like weed.

Can. Hazy straw, off-white head. Light malt, hay, citrus notes, not a pilsner, too hoppy.

12 ounce can at Bowman’s Tavern in New Hope, PA. Yellow gold pour. Small creamy beige head. Fresh, earthy malt aroma has citrusy hop notes. Light, biscuit malt backbone. Fresh citrus flavor hints at tangerine, lemon, lime and pineapple. Clean and crisp. Fresh and full. Yumm!

Draft. Light golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of grass, herbs, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Biscuit sweetness, hay, herbs, dried grains. Fairly clean with a hint of dusty grain.

Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Light hoppy aroma, floral. Taste is unlike other pilseners, the normally intensely bread-like notes are muted behind a significant hop profile. Palate includes floral notes and yeast. Good beer, if unorthodox.
