At a tasting, many thanks, small stable creamy head, opaque pitch black color, aroma of aromatic coffee, lemon and a smokey whiff, flavor of coffee with pine notes and a charred hints, light to medium mellow bitterness. Tasty and highly enjoyable.

From the pump at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with cream-colored foam, irregular. Aroma is coffee mostly, some licorice. Body is average, with some sparkleness. Taste is limited in sweetness, with good roasted bitterness. Finish is relatively long, with more toasted feeling and some herbaceous.

Tap at Vrteška. Thanks Nenad! Black, of course. Huge coffee aroma, lovely really. The taste, however, disappoints, carrying the coffee over, but not as pungent or intensive (4.7% can do that to its defense), light, almost "filtered", but not quite. Still, a very good beer, just not as great as I’d hoped after smelling it.

Sandy coloured, creamy head on a black still body. Medium bodied. Airy on the palate. Minimal carbonation. Dry. Roasted coffee, cocoa, bitter, hints of hops & citrus on the back. Very good.
