Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium brown with a frothy, short-lived, off white head. The aroma is smoky roasted caramel malt, dry hop bitter. The flavour is liqouirce bitter with a dry roasty charcoal, smoky, light watery hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at the York Tap. Cloudy deep amber with a medium beige head. Aroma had smoke and roasted malt. Flavor was smoky with notes of liquorice and roasted malt. Finished dry.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. To piwo ma naprawde spore podobienstwo do wedzonki z Bamberga. Zapach czarnej herbaty, lekkie nuty wedzone. W smaku dosc sporo karmelu i wedzonki, typowej dla Rauchbier. Piana niewielka jasna herbaciana barwa, piwo klarowne. Delikatne i nisko alkoholowe ale mimo delikatnosci i pijalnosci tego piwa mamy sporo wedzonego smaku. No i buntownicza etykieta. Niech zyje Craft.

Bottle shared at THT, thanks! Hazy brown with a medium off white head. Aroma of smoke, burnt malt, caramel, toffee and some fruits. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Clear dark amber with off white head. Smoke, light caramel, lots of herbs, bit mineral. Light sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel.

Cask @ State Bar. Nose is coffee, smoke, light fruity. Flavour is coffee, smoke, light bitterness. Some dried fruits. Ok beer.
