Fruchtig-exotischer Duft nach Mango, Melone und Grapefruit, sehr fruchtig-frisch im Geschmack, leicht herber Abgang. Unter Verwendung von Weizen- und Gerstenmalz mit einer obergärigen Ale Hefe vergoren. Das einmalige Fruchtaroma entsteht durch die spezielle Technik des Kalthopfens mit den Aromahopfensorten Citra und Cascade.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Clear amber,mid sized head. Caramelly nose with some grapefruit and tea. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and bready malt. Some tea and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

Korntal-Munchingen. Clear amber with thin white head. Very piney fruity soft chalky, honey, sweetened tea. Light sweet, medium bitter. Under medium body, very nice soft carbonation, minerallike texture. 330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy and caramel malty aroma, hints of orange and lemon tea. Taste is slightly sweet caramel malty, cautious citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of lemon tea; , slightly grassy hoppy finish, rather watery.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a huge white head. Aroma is pine and grapefruity. Pine hoppy. Light grapefruity. Bitter and light fruity finish.

Bouteille: Clear, amber coloured, lazy carbonation, small - but really stable - off-white foamy layer; mild traces of cough-syrup in the mild resiny and caramelly nose; moderate bitter flavour, combined with a delicate sweetness; relatively light bodied;lingering piney-hoppy finish, balanced by caramel. Not overwhelming, but quite O.K. …

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Schönbuch Pale Ale ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, light citrus - orange, honey notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt - honey, warm sweetness, caramel - pale malt, light grass - hay, grain - mineral notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150317]

bottle at Schlesingers, Stuttgart. amber / redish clear color, very small white head. smells fruity, Mango, passion fruit, hemp, light sour note. medium body, grapefruit, some red fruits, light honey, light citric, very light bitter / astringent finish, nice smell but both taste and finish are lacking a bit
